Refunds policy

If when you receive your order, you find any items missing, incorrect, or the quality to be unsatisfactory, we will replace or refund the items and cover the cost of any return transport, provided we are notified within 48 hours, and provided that the order is packed in the same boxes, and in the same way that it was when you received it. Refunds for problems reported later than 48 hours from time of receiving the goods will be entirely at our discretion.

Limited liability

Beyond the above mentioned refunds policy, any use of our website or activity which may result from the use of our website, including but not limited to, purchase of products, use of advice or services, will be entirely at the risk of the client, and Eureka Nursery or its proprietors will not be held libel for any damage or losses resulting from such activity.
